Junior Tennis

Hi everyone,

Hope you have all had a good Summer break, even if the weather has been a bit "iffy"
Sunday morning tennis begins again this coming Sunday 5th September
9.30 - 10.30 beginners (red/orange ball)
10.30 - 11.30 improvers (green/full ball)
Cost £4.00 per session
Equipment provided. Just bring a drink.
If concerned about the weather, call me before you set off!

The 1st Summer Tennis Camp held last week 10th, 11th and 12th of August, was a great success. 16 children enjoyed 2 days of sunshine and 1 not quite so sunny day to learn and improve on their tennis skills. The children were shown the basic shots of tennis and given chance to practice them with the coaches. Lots of "fun tennis based games" were played and enjoyed by all, whether competing individually or in teams!! Pictures from the camp can be viewed in the images gallery.

A further Summer Camp will run on 24th, 25th and 26th August 10.00 till 12.30 each day. Cost £10.00 per day.

Market Weighton Junior Tennis, held on Sunday's, will be taking a break throughout the month of August. Therefore the last Sunday sessions will be held on Sunday 25th July. We shall re commence on Sunday 5th September at the usual times.
